Self Healing Practice

We all have different goals and incentive when practicing our hands on healing.

Whatever the reason; health and healing begin with a willingness to change, and dedication with your hands on healing practice.

It is recommended you do a minimum of two sessions a week, keeping in mind the more you use the energy the stronger it will grow.

Set aside a time of the day for your hands on healing practice.  Take your time and enjoy this quiet, calm healing space. Listen to that little voice that guides your way.
