provides guidance in each element of meditation and introduces useful
and enjoyable meditations which you can practice at home and integrate
into your daily life.
Basic breathwork
is used to calm the mind and to replenish positive energy into
your body.
In this class you will enjoy plenty of
techniques, insights and great approaches to meditation that will have
you meditating deeply and quickly in no time at all!

MEDITATION
AND BREATHWORK
{60 min] - This is a fun class which
offers a myriad of meditation and breathwork experiences. Eastern and
western formats are selected according to the students’ experience. All
levels welcome! Beginners will also learn the fundamentals and find
this class very helpful to begin their meditation practice. Please wear
comfortable clothing and bring a friend!
PSYCHIC
AND SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT
[60 min] - This class is for people who
are developing their intuitive abilities, who want to expand their
awareness and who have become acutely aware of energies and are now
ready to work with their clairvoyance, clairsentience, and clairaudience
ability.
