Using a featherlight touch on the pathways of cranial bone movement, the therapist works with the craniosacral rhythm to find restrictions and imbalances. Gentle adjustments are then made which unwinds the body tissues to release and correct the problem areas naturally.
Sometimes a release of emotional energy is needed as well to fully discharge a trauma, in these cases the therapist will also encourage Somato Emotional Release.
