Bali Full Moon
Manifesting Meditation
This meditation is to be practiced at
the full moon period of each month.
It is a simple meditation which allows
Full Moon energies and the breath to become a support to help you hold
your attention.
Please be conscious of universal laws
when choosing what you will manifest before starting the meditation.
If you are a beginner simply practice
steps 1 -3 or 1 – 9
Go slowly and enjoy your time with the
moon!
Instructions:
1 Sit
outside with the full moon in plain view
2 Take
three deep centering breaths
3 Become
aware of the full moon and completely focus your attention on the full
moon. Absorb all its aspects of Light, Love and Power
4 Close
your eyes and bring your attention to the third eye chakra (center of
forehead)
5 Imagine
your third eye chakra is a flower.
With intent open your third eye flower by imagining the petals slowly unfolding one
by one ready to welcome the life force energy of the moon and the
universe

With intent create
a bridge of light with your third eye to the moon. It will look or
feel like a beam of light connecting the two
7 Feel
the positive and powerful energies of the moon flowing into you
Breathe
8 Absorb
the power of the moon and feel it replenishing you
Breathe
9 When
you feel all negative energy has left your body, mind, heart and
soul you may end the meditation now or manifest before ending

Hold the image of the full moon
over your third eye chakra.
Place your wish/aspiration over the moon and third eye chakra.
Repeat the wish/aspiration clearly

Place a cosmic grid over your
wish and the moon
12 Hold this image for as long as
you can and than let it go
